Mangawhai Predator Control Zone

The Mangawhai Predator Control Zone (MPCZ) aims to protect and conserve the high ecological values of Mangawhai by managing invasive mammalian predators. 

The plan is to bring together all existing predator control being undertaken, and complement this by creating new areas of predator control.

The project is a partnership between private landowners, the Shorebirds Trust, Piroa Conservation Trust, Northland Regional Council, and Auckland Council and forms part of an overarching project the Conservation Coast. www.conservationcoast.org
